2023 membership renewal invoices and your Global MLS invoice were provided separately via two emails the first week of November.

How do I pay my association dues and MLS fee?

• GCAR members – To pay your 2023 GCAR, NYSAR, and NAR dues logon to www.gcar.com/dues using your 5-digit member number and password.
• Global MLS members – To pay your 2023 MLS fee, logon to www.globalmls.com/dues using your 5-digit member number and password.
• I forgot my User ID and Password – Simply call GCAR’s membership team at 518-464-0191 for assistance.

How much are the 2023 NYSAR and NAR dues?
2023 NYSAR dues are $120 and NAR dues are $195. Both are submitted through GCAR where your membership account resides.

Do I have to contribute to RPAC?
RPAC is a voluntary contribution. However, RPAC assures that issues and concerns related to the real estate industry remain a priority for public policy makers who can shape how you do business.

Do I have to contribute to the Community Outreach Fund?
No. The GCAR Community Outreach Fund helps the association promote REALTORS® commitment to the community by making financial contributions to local charitable groups which are housing oriented or whose purpose is to make our community a better place to live.

When is the deadline to pay my dues?
The due date for dues and MLS fees is January 1, 2023. We suggest submitting your payments in a timely manner to avoid assessment of the late fees. After January 15th, all non-paid members will be deactivated.
