This course will take you through the first steps of a new listing opportunity through closing by replacing “listing presentations” with the more effective “listing consultation” activities. It further examines the concept of maintaining the listing with the correct agent mindset. You will understand the common challenges that arise. Lastly, it reviews the technique of creating clients for life through appropriate follow-up communication and activities.

It is important to stay up-to-date with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. It is a living, breathing document that changes each year, as the industry changes. You will gain a better understanding of how it applies to your business and the higher level of professionalism that you agree to abide by in not just being a real estate agent, but a REALTOR®.
Existing REALTOR® members, are required to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of approved Code of Ethics training every three years as a refresher in order to remain a REALTOR® member. This has nothing to do with having a real estate license, but some courses do offer CE credit as a side benefit of taking the course.

Supervising Brokers are usually the final authority for making decisions that impact their brokerage and relationships with the public. These decisions shape the culture and retention of valuable staff and sales teams. Establishing a solid foundation in the practical application of agency and team management can be a daunting task without a logical approach to addressing daily challenges. This solution-finding, interactive session is for Supervising Brokers who want to increase productivity and decrease stress. By attending this program, the Supervising Broker will receive insight not only into their own operations but gain perspectives on the realities of real estate as it applies to vicarious liability and administrative processes.
