Home Inspections can create havoc for a residential transaction.  This class will better prepare you to get to the finish line by properly managing the challenges home inspections create.  From preparing your buyers and sellers before a contract is even submitted, to getting to the closing, you’ll no longer be anxious about home inspections.  This includes a better understanding of the purchase contract, setting up the inspections, making appropriate repair requests and most importantly, negotiating those repairs to a successful closing.
