Professional Development Committee
Sandy McRae
Professional Development Committee Chair
The Professional Development Committee is off to a great start this year, planning excellent educational opportunities for all members.
The new Advanced Leadership Through Education (ALE) certification is underway. It’s a six-course program for brokers, team leaders, or those who aspire to strengthen their leadership skills. On the other end of the spectrum, the ELITE Certified Agent (ECA) program continues to provide newer agents the skills to grow a successful business.
Make plans now to attend the first Lunch and Learn of the year on April 24 from 11:30-1:30. We’ll hear from Teketa Harding, the Community Development Manager with Capitol Federal and Sarah Gooding, the Real Property Section Manager with the City of Wichita Housing Department as they explore special financing and home buyer programs in our area and answer questions about unique opportunities when working with buyers. The Professional Development Committee is co-sponsoring this event with the Government Affairs Committee; you won’t want to miss it. In addition to these course offerings, be sure to check out the full schedule of continuing education courses, including many new and revised classes.
