The Standard Forms Committee started off the year as busy as ever and we’re excited to be introducing everyone to many new, updated forms with the upcoming Forms Release on April 1st. Just a few of the changes you can look forward to… You will find revisions to the Listing Agreements and Buyers Agency Agreements to address commissions more clearly. Check out the added column in our Sellers Property Disclosure that will make it easier for your sellers to designate smart devices in their home. And everyone should enjoy the new and improved Mediation Form, no longer in brochure style but rather in a vertical format with ample space for signatures, just to name a few.

Make sure you check with your brokers with questions regarding any of these revised forms and as always, please don’t hesitate to make suggestions through RSCK if you feel another form could use an update. We have a very large committee this year and look forward to working to serve all our members!
