We had another successful Housing Report Release where Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, policymakers, the public, and the press came to attend the Housing Report Release event.

We were honored to host NAR Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun, for a report filled with valuable information on the national and state (Montana) level regarding our economy and the housing market. He was followed by Derek Sheehan of the Bureau of Business & Economic Research with the University of Montana. To finish out the event, a panel discussion was held with Mindy DeCosse - Program Coordinator Program Coordinator at HRDC & REALTOR®; Daryl Schliem - CEO of the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce, Mark Bond - Community Engagement Manager of One Valley, Terry Cunningham - Mayor of Bozeman, and Sean O’Callaghan - Chief Planning Officer for Gallatin County. We would like to sincerely thank all the members of the GAR Steering Committee who supplied data and worked tirelessly in our efforts to put out a meaningful and valuable resource.

For those of you who attended the MAR Spring Business Meeting in Helena, you had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the latest industry developments, learn about new trends, and discover best practices and strategies for success in today's competitive real estate market.

I also want to remind you to explore the opportunities available to volunteer with GAR. Your help is crucial to making our organization the best it can be. I sincerely appreciate your dedication and commitment to the real estate profession.
