April brought the RAPDD Summit to town for another year. This unique conference, hosted by RSCK, brings education directors and instructors from across the country to Wichita for a three-day exchange of the highest quality education and networking.

The first Lunch and Learn of the year also took place last month. We heard from Teketa Harding, the Community Development Manager with Capitol Federal and Sarah Gooding, the Real Property Section Manager with the City of Wichita Housing Department. They discussed special financing and home buyer programs in our areas. The Professional Development Committee co-sponsored this event with the Government Affairs Committee.

Next month, the focus will be on the seller side at the June 13th Lunch and Learn. Join us from 11:30-1:30 pm, as a panel of seasoned professionals share four different CMA processes. We all know that pricing properties accurately can make all the difference in a successful sale. You won’t want to miss this one!
