A packed house of 90 attendees enjoyed the second Lunch & Learn of the year on June 13 and received wonderful education on perfecting the skills of working with sellers. Thanks to each of our presenters – Kris Tina Denison, Brenda Noffert, Rachel Lange-Mills, and Frank Priest – for sharing their spin on how to prepare a CMA.

The committee’s focus turns to working with buyers in the months to come. We hope you will sign up for a special 4-hour CE class “Real Estate: The New Horizon”, co-sponsored with KAR and taught by Vern Jarboe, real estate attorney. The class is being offered in the morning and afternoon on July 25. You can select the session that works best for you. Among other topics, the class will cover the overall impact of the anticipated NAR settlement.

On September 24 and 25, take advantage of a unique opportunity to enroll in the in-person Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course for an incredible discount. There is no class fee, only a $15 registration fee and an optional $90 fee if you want 9 hours of continuing education.
