It has been an honor and privilege to serve in this role. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Your hard work, commitment, and passion have been instrumental in driving our mission forward and positively impacting our members and the community. Your achievements, both big and small, have not gone unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for your contributions.

Will Shepard, Government Affairs Director, is now celebrating a full year with us. His professional attitude and commitment have not gone unnoticed and are appreciated. Danielle Ketcham, who has nine years of experience and dedication with GAR, serves as the Membership & Education Director. She is the backbone of our success. Alli Pace, our Communications & Events Director, has been invaluable in her six months with us. We are so happy to have her on our team, and I am confident that she will continue to contribute significantly. Kyra Bunker is now full-time at six months and is the welcoming face at GAR, making many other positive contributions as the Member Services Coordinator. Finally, our amazing CEO, Cindi Siggs, has made so many positive strides for the future and has been such an influential member of this organization. I am confident that with this team, we will continue to achieve great things in the future. I also want to thank our committees and the association Board of Directors for their tireless commitment and sacrifice to serve.

I also want to extend my gratitude to the members for your trust, collaboration, and active participation in our initiatives. Your trust in our leadership, your willingness to collaborate, and your active participation in our initiatives have been integral to the success of our association.
