Kathleen Vaughn

2. Kathleen Vaughn Headshot

Getting into real estate was a logical step for Kathleen as her husband has been a builder for many years. Before she became a real estate agent, Kathleen was always helping her husband's clients find the best lot for their new home or holding one of his spec homes open to the public. Together they own Von Construction. After years of working closely with her husband, Kathleen became a real estate agent in 2012. She loves working with people and helping them make their dream of homeownership a reality. Her experience with new construction and the building process benefits her clients and she can easily lead them through the entire home-buying journey whether it’s new construction or a pre-existing home.

Kathleen is a beach girl at heart, but she has lived in Montana since 1993. When she came to Bozeman, she fell in love with the beauty of the mountains, the sunsets, and the wildlife we get to see regularly. Kathleen loves to spend time on the water and she also loves to ski, hike, golf, surf, and spend time with family and friends. Kathleen is currently on the Board of Directors for the Gallatin Association of Realtors and the State Board of Directors for the Montana Building Industry Association. She is president of the golf committee for the local building association and has served on the Parade of Homes committee for the last 10 years. She is also a past member of the Realtors Government Affairs Committee and Professional Standards Committee.
