It's with great pride and gratitude that we reflect on the remarkable achievements of the Gallatin Realtors® Charitable Foundation (GRCF) and excitement as we look at the year ahead.

Last year proved to be a testament to the unwavering dedication and generosity of the members of GAR, along with other community partners, and supporters as we continued to extend a helping hand to those in need throughout the Gallatin Valley.

In late 2022 the Foundation made a significant pledge of $100,000 to HRDC's Homeward Point Project, a vital initiative aimed at providing year-round shelter and comprehensive services for families experiencing homelessness. With our steadfast commitment and the support of GAR, the Partner's Committee, and our membership, we were thrilled to present HRDC with $35,000 in 2023, marking a significant step toward fulfilling our pledge within the next five years!

Our dedication to community welfare was further underscored during the Can the Griz competition, where our members and participating offices rallied together to collect over 11,000 pounds of food for the Food Bank. A heartfelt congratulations to PureWest Christies for securing the Can the Griz trophy for the third consecutive year!

Beyond these endeavors, the GRCF continued to lend its support to several local nonprofit organizations including Reach, Inc., Eagle Mount, and Gallatin Valley Ag’s Gallatin Valley Farm Fair. These partnerships exemplify our ongoing commitment to addressing diverse needs and fostering a thriving community for all.

One of the hallmarks of the GRCF is our Member Relief Program, designed to provide assistance to GAR members facing financial hardships due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. We encourage members in need or those aware of a colleague in distress to reach out confidentially through our website to access support and resources.

As we embark on the journey of 2024, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all who supported the Foundation in 2023. For those eager to join our cause and become recognized donors in 2024, contributions can be made at any time through our website.

Looking ahead, the GRCF has an exciting lineup of events planned to engage our community and further our impact:

Family-Friendly Bingo Night: Join us on Thursday, April 4th, for a fun-filled evening of Bingo starting at 4 PM. Admission is free, with donations encouraged to support our charitable endeavors.

Give Big Gallatin Valley: In May, the Foundation will participate in Give Big Gallatin Valley, an opportunity to raise funds for the Member Relief Fund. Proceeds will assist GAR members facing financial hardships, exemplifying our commitment to supporting one another in times of need.

As we look forward to spring, let us reaffirm our dedication to serving and uplifting our community, empowering GAR members to become agents of change and embodying the spirit of compassion and solidarity that defines the Gallatin Realtors® Charitable Foundation. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.
