Our presence was notably felt at the Marki Lemons Ryal Continuing Education Courses, "Bridge the Gap Now with Intentional Inclusion" and "Maximize Your Marketing with AI." Committee members served as greeters, assisting attendees with sign-ins via scan codes and ensuring a warm welcome for all in-person participants. This effort was aimed at fostering an inclusive and friendly atmosphere for all.

The "Bridge the Gap" course was a valuable reminder that diversity, equity, and inclusion encompass more than just race, gender, and sexual orientation; they also extend to individuals with visible and invisible disabilities.

Looking ahead, the Committee has several action items, including applying for a grant to further DEI education for our members and organizing a Fairhaven event in October. We aim for a larger turnout than last year and hope to increase participation among our agents. Keep an eye out for details and plan to attend.
