PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Dear members,
Embracing Change and Celebrating Success: A Reflection on Our Commitment to Inclusivity and Member Success.
It seems like summer is finally here! I hope everyone is enjoying the wonderful weather and the beauty of our state. I'm planning some road trips before it gets too hot.
At GAR, we are making significant strides towards inclusivity and representation. A crucial part of this effort is our name change, which highlights our commitment to being more inclusive and representative of the diverse communities we serve.
Our Name Change Task Force, with the invaluable contributions of our members, has been diligently compiling all the names and ideas submitted. Together, we are developing a name that will be approved by our surrounding states and our membership, a name we can all be proud of.
I want to extend a personal invitation to explore the opportunities to volunteer with GAR, MAR and the National Association of REALTORS®. Your help is not only appreciated but crucial to making our organization the best it can be. I sincerely appreciate your dedication and commitment to the real estate profession. We will have a couple of director positions open on our Board of Directors and the MAR Board of Directors, so if you are interested, please let me know so I can keep you informed of the process. Also, committees will need to be appointed later this fall.
I want to end with what I have said in the past, as true today as ever: As a member of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, your active participation and engagement are not just appreciated; they are vital to our association's success. You are not just a member but an integral part of our community, and your involvement is the key to our success. I urge you to stay connected with the association and utilize our resources and support to the fullest. Together, we can continue to set new standards of excellence in the real estate industry.
Thank you!
Brian Tudor
