We accomplished some great work cutting grass and weeds, preparing and planting garden beds, and re-setting some shade netting. It was a fun group, and the coordinator was appreciative of what we accomplished that afternoon.

Our next event is our annual Summer Social on July 23rd, from 4:30-6:30 PM, so please save the event to your calendars, as we would love to see you there.

The event will be held at our very own GAR building this year, where we will be grilling brats and burgers, having drinks available (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and offering yard games, music, and a DUNK TANK where we are asking a number of GAR members to consider getting soaked.

The dunk tank will be a fundraiser for the Charitable Committee's beneficiary this year, so bring some cash to donate and have fun! Registration for this event is requested so we can get the right amount of estimated food and beverages.
