Communicate with Your Sellers and Buyers About Home Performance

An article from NAR came out recently about ways members can evaluate and communicate with their buyers and sellers about home performance.

On their Home Performance Counts website (https://www.homeperformancecounts.info/professional-resources/), NAR offers some good insight about assisting members with communication. Knowing more about what questions to ask your sellers can provide a potentially higher price or more buyers. Understanding what is in the house or what can be done to make that listing become someone's dream home can get them closer to buying.

We realize that the housing stock in our market is aging, and being able to coach clients places you in the arena of a trusted real estate agent/consultant.

Leading your sellers towards minor adjustments that may pay off in the sale of their home or being better able to identify what your buyers are looking for helps them see that the home they love already has or can offer what they need.
