How do I pay my association dues and MLS fee?
GCAR members – To pay your 2024 GCAR, NYSAR, and NAR dues, log on to www.gcar.com/dues using your 5-digit member number and password.
Global MLS members – To pay your 2024 MLS fee, log on to www.globalmls.com/dues using your 5-digit member number and password.

How much are the 2024 NYSAR and NAR dues?
2024 NYSAR dues are $120, and NAR dues are $201. Both are submitted through GCAR, where your membership account resides.
Do I have to contribute to RPAC?
RPAC is a voluntary contribution. However, RPAC assures that issues and concerns related to the real estate industry remain a priority for public policymakers who can shape how you do business.
Do I have to contribute to the Community Outreach Fund?
The Community Outreach Fund is a voluntary contribution. The mission of the GCAR Community Outreach Fund is to promote the members as good community citizens by making financial contributions to local charitable groups that are housing-oriented or whose purpose is to make our community a better place to live.
When is the deadline to pay my dues?
The due date for dues and MLS fees is January 1st, 2024. We suggest submitting your payments promptly to avoid assessment of the late fees. After January 15th, all non-paid members will be deactivated.
