As my term as the Chair of the Grand County Association of REALTORS® ends this fall, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and dedication throughout the past year. Serving as the Chair has been an incredible honor and it wouldn't have been possible without the backing of such an exceptional group of real estate professionals. Your commitment to our shared mission and your active involvement in the association's initiatives have been the driving force behind our success.

Throughout the challenges we faced, from navigating through uncertain market conditions to adapting to the evolving industry landscape, your willingness to collaborate, contribute, and stand together as a united community of real estate experts has been truly inspiring. We have achieved significant milestones as an association, and I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished together. Our collective efforts have strengthened the Grand County Association of REALTORS®' position with town and county governments and reinforced our commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism as the voice for private property rights and homeownership in Grand County.

Now, more than ever, I encourage each of you to play an active role in shaping the future of the Grand County Association of REALTORS®. Our upcoming election of the Board, which will take place from August 16 to August 25, is an essential opportunity for you to exercise your right to vote and make your voice heard. Your vote can make a significant impact on the direction we take as an association and the services we provide to our members.
