Election of 2025-26 GCAR Officers and Directors
The Nominating Committee’s proposed slate below was approved by the Board of Directors on June 30, 2025.
There are 2 positions opening on the Board for this year’s election. The slate approved 3 candidates for Directors at Large.
Additional candidates for the open positions may be placed in nomination by petition signed by at least 20% of the REALTOR® members. The petition must be submitted in writing to Sallie Arnold, GCAR CEO, by August 15, 2025, at 4:00pm for inclusion on the ballot.
Director at Large Candidates

The electronic ballot will be distributed by email on August 18, 2025 (Monday) via email. When you receive your ballot, please cast your vote by selecting 2 candidates you wish to elect to the Board of Directors. Electronic ballots to the Grand County Association of REALTORS® must be completed no later than September 5,2025 at 4:00pm (Friday). The new Directors will be ratified by the Board of Directors at the regular September Board Meeting. Installation of the new Officers and Directors will occur at the Holiday Mixer in early December 2025 (more details in September).
Only GCAR Primary & Secondary members are eligible to vote for the Board of Directors.
