This month we will be showcasing the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. The SRS is the premier credential in seller representation, it is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The SRS is a global community of REALTORS® who use their ideas and expertise to represent sellers professionally and ethically.

To receive the SRS Designation:

• Be an active member of a local association and NAR
• Complete the SRS course
• Complete an SRS Elective course SRS Approved Electives (rebinstitute.com)
• Provide documentation of three completed transactions in which you acted solely as a seller representative and
• Pay annual dues of $99.00 (waived the first year)
